Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities, Tufan Erginbilgic and Panos Kakoullis, received ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company due to a percentage of their base salary being deferred into shares for two years under the Rolls-Royce Incentive Plan, as set out in the remuneration policy approved by shareholders at the 2021 AGM.

The Company further announces that on 27 February 2023 the following person discharging managerial responsibilities, Tom Bell, sold ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company.
