                             DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Wlodzimierz Artur Victor Lipien has
been appointed to the Board with  immediate effect.  Mr Lipien, 51, in the
previous past five years has held the following directorships:
