Director's Share Purchase

Pathfinder Minerals Plc was informed today that Old Church Street Holdings Limited has purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 3 July 2012 at a price of 0.8 pence per Ordinary Share, increasing its holding to 80,245,000 Ordinary Shares.

Old Church Street Holdings Limited is owned by Equinox Trustees for a trust of which John McKeon, a director of Pathfinder Minerals, is the primary discretionary beneficiary.

As a result of this purchase John McKeon's total interest in Pathfinder Minerals, including 46,964,700 Ordinary Shares held in his own name, is 127,209,700 Ordinary Shares, equal to 12.27 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
