The following replaces the Directors' Dealings announcement released today at
13.12 under RNS number 0456X.

Please be advised that the in the last paragraph, Sunnyview owns 7,014,219
Shares, representing 8.76% of the Company's issued share capital, not 7,414,219
representing, 9.27% of the Company's issued share capital as previously stated.

                              Directors' Dealings

Pathfinder was informed on 26 March 2004 that on 25 March 2004, Kerrington
Limited ('Kerrington'), a company controlled by Gerard Lee, Director, purchased
7,014,219 ordinary shares of 10p each (the 'Shares') from Sunnyview Limited
('Sunnyview'), a company owned by Edward and Jeffery Azouz, Directors, for 15p
per Share.

As a result, Kerrington owns 7,414,219 Shares and Sunnyview owns 7,014,219
Shares, representing 9.27% and 8.76% respectively of the Company's issued share
capital.
