Grant of share options

Pathfinder announces that it has granted 3,000,000 share options over the Company's ordinary shares ("Share Options") to David Taylor, the Company Secretary.

The Share Options will be exercisable at a price of 1.25 pence per share until 23 June 2023.

Following this award, the directors and company secretary of Pathfinder have the following interests in share options over the Company's ordinary shares:
