Pathfinder announces that it has today published a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice"). The Notice will be posted to shareholders today, and is available on the Company's website at: www.pathfinderminerals.com. 

 

The AGM will be held at 35 Berkeley Square, London, W1J 5BF on 30 June 2022 at 12.30 p.m.
