          Pathfinder Properties PLC Extraordinary General Meeting

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today the resolutions to remove the
current directors and appoint Mr Azouz and two others were defeated on a show of
hands and referred to a poll.

The Chairman adjourned the meeting until 2pm on Tuesday 27 January at the same
address, at which time the result of the poll will be announced.
