                    RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING


At today's reconvened Extraordinary General Meeting of Pathfinder Properties PLC
('Pathfinder' or 'the Company') the resolutions proposing the appointments of
Edward Azouz, Jeffrey Azouz and John Davies as Directors of the Company were not
passed. Also the resolutions proposing the removal of John Parry, Marc Green,
George Heggie and Claire O'Connor as Directors of the Company were not passed.
