PATHFINDER PROPERTIES PLC ('Pathfinder' or the 'Company')
SALE OF PROPERTY
The Directors of Pathfinder are pleased to announce that they have signed an
agreement to sell the site at Reiver Quay, Manchester for a total cash
consideration of £17,000,000 plus VAT. Completion of the sale will take place on
31 August 2006.
Edward Azouz, Chairman commented: 'We are delighted to have effected a sale at
this stage, and we consider that we have achieved value for the Company and
shareholders. The proceeds will be used to pay down debt and to invest in
further property development opportunities.'
The Company is continuing with its development plans at its site in Newark.
