Further update in relation to £1.275 million subscription

Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM:PFP), an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that further to the Company's notifications on 4 April 2024 and 13 May 2024, that on 16 May 2024 the Company received the outstanding balance of £30,000.00 from the Subscriber. The Company confirms that there is now no outstanding balance due from the Subscriber.

Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalised defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those used in the Company's announcement on 4 April 2024.
