Update re Sale of IM Minerals

Further to the Company's announcements on 11 and 21 May 2023 regarding the disposal of IM Minerals Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pathfinder, to Acumen Advisory Group LLC and, with it, the rights to bring a claim against the Government of Mozambique for the expropriation of Mining Concession 4623C, the Company confirms that it continues to expect the £2 million initial consideration to be received imminently following the completion of all due regulatory procedures. A further announcement will be made once the Company has received the funds.
