Change of Substantial Shareholding

Prime Growth Enterprises Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong in which Mr Barry Pettitt has an interest, acquired 8.01% of the issued share capital from The Grande Holdings Limited and Vidacos Nominees Limited.

In addition, Prime Growth Enterprises Limited has entered into a binding contract to acquire 17.11% of the issued share capital from The Alpha Capital Limited.
