Ross Group PLC - February 2023 Update

 

Dear Shareholders,

 

I can confirm today, as posted on the London Stock Exchange's RNS Website that further to the announcement made in November 2022 where Ross Group PLC entered into a Global Exclusive Supply Chain Management Agreement with The Energy Group LLC, in the USA, in order to initiate, monitor and manage all of their "Green Hydrogen" production and projects; principally through our Ross Group PLC subsidiary, Ross Diversified Ltd., that has subsequently been renamed as Energy Group International Ltd or "EGIL" it has been decided by the Ross Group PLC Board of Directors, to change its Financial Year End from the 31 st  December 2022 to 30 th  June 2023 and will therefore provide this year's Annual Audited Report by or before 31 October 2023.
