The Company has been informed that Hugh Cox, Founder & Chief Information Officer, purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") on 23 September 2020 at a price of 5.89p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cox has a total interest of 11,454,784 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.38 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
