                              Acquisitions update

The Board of Rotala is pleased to announce the following update with regards to
the acquisitions of Ludlows of Halesowen Limited ('Ludlows') and certain
customer contracts and vehicles previously owned by or of which South
Gloucestershire Bus and Coach Company Limited had the benefit (the 'Business').

Further to the announcement on 18 June 2007 the Company has now completed the
last stage of the acquisition of the Business. The Company has, in total,
acquired 68 buses and the right to operate the routes on which they run. The
total consideration for the acquisition of the Business was £1,860,000.

Further to the announcement on 21 June 2007 the Company has now completed the
acquisition of Ludlows. Ludlows is a bus business that operates 21 buses in the
Halesowen district of Birmingham, approximately fourteen miles from the main
depot of Rotala in the Aston area of Birmingham. The total consideration for the
acquisition of Ludlows was £850,000.
