Directors' Dealings

Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealings which occurred on 8 October 2014:

John Gunn, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has, from his direct and indirect interests in the Company, sold a total of 471,794 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 55 pence per share.

From his beneficial interests John Gunn has sold 155,128 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 55 pence per share. Following these share sales John Gunn has a beneficial interest in the Company of 6,421,488 shares. This represents a holding of 18.09% of the shares in issue.

In addition John Gunn, from his non-beneficial interests, has sold a further 316,666 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company at a price of 55 pence per share.

The Ingrid Croft Trust (of which John Gunn is a trustee but not a beneficiary), has sold 16,666 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55 pence per share. Following this sale the Ingrid Croft Trust has an interest in 18,334 ordinary shares of the Company (representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital).

The 181 Fund Limited, (of which John Gunn, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, is both a director and, through his beneficial interests, a holder of 28.2% of the ordinary share capital) sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 55 pence per share. Following this sale The 181 Fund Limited has an interest in 1,680,221 ordinary shares of the Company (being 4.73% of the shares in issue).

Following these share sales, John Gunn has in total a direct and indirect interest in the Company, including the interests of the Ingrid Croft Trust and The 181 Fund Limited set out above, of 9,200,043 ordinary shares. This represents a holding of 25.92% of the shares in issue.
