Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealing which occurred on 18 January 2016:

Simon Dunn, Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 3,331 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 76 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Simon Dunn is interested in 1,408,157 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents a holding of 3.69% of the shares in issue.
