Rotala has been notified of the following Director's dealing which occurred today:

Simon Dunn, Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 13,285 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 64.40 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Simon Dunn is interested in 1,514,380 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents a holding of 3.59% of the Company' ordinary shares in issue with voting rights.
