The Company announces that on 30 April 2018, The 181 Fund Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with John Gunn, Non-Executive Chairman, as defined under Article 3(1)(26) of the Market Abuse Regulation sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 54.25 pence per share.
