Directorate Changes
Further to its announcement on 28 July 2017 regarding a subscription, placing and acquisition, the Company announces that Mr. Graham Peacock, one of the participants in the subscription, has been appointed to the board with immediate effect as a non-executive director. Mr. Peacock has significant expertise in the transport services sector and was previously Chief Executive Officer and a substantial shareholder of MRH (GB) Limited, the UK's largest independent owner and operator of petrol stations in the UK, before it was sold to a US private equity firm.
The Directors welcome Mr. Peacock to the board and believe the experience he brings will be invaluable to the Company in executing its strategy of organic and acquisitive growth.
Mr. Graham Frederick Peacock, aged 67, is currently or has previously been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships within the past five years:

Mr. Peacock was previously a director of Oakstead Holdings Limited, a UK petrol station business, until his resignation in 1997. Following Mr. Peacock's resignation, Oakstead was subsequently placed into administration following pricing pressures imposed by a major oil company.
Mr. Peacock currently holds 2,741,666 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 6.02% of its issued share capital.
Furthermore, the Company announces that Mr. Graham Spooner, an existing non- executive director of the Company, has been appointed to the post of Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
