13. Additional information:	On 5th August 2016, Close Brothers Asset Management purchased 212,850 shares in Rotala Plc. This brought our shareholding to 4,238,642 and 10.05% of the shares in issue. This is based on the shares in issue figure of 42,193,246 as at 5th August 2016. This is the required notification that the holding has crossed 10% of the shares in issue.
