Issue of Equity
The Company has today made application for 8,333,333 new ordinary shares of one
penny each to be admitted to trading on AIM representing 2.89 per cent. of the
enlarged share capital in the Company. The shares have been issued following the
exercise of an option granted to The Flight Pension Trust at the time of the
recent placing, which was announced on 30 March 2006.
Trading in these shares is anticipated to commence on 19 June 2006. Following
admission the enlarged share capital of the Company will be 288,641,027 ordinary
shares of one penny each.
The Company has been notified that following admission of these shares, Mr
Geoffrey Flight will have a beneficial interest in 16,841,667 ordinary shares of
1 penny each representing 5.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
