Issue of equity
The Company has today issued 4 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('
Ordinary Shares') in preparation for the 25 to 1 consolidation proposed at the
Company's EGM on 17 July 2007 and to ensure, so far as possible, that at the
time of such consolidation, the issued share capital of the Company shall be
divisible by 25.
The 4 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Kim Taylor (CEO of the Company) at
2.5p per share. Following the purchase Kim Taylor has an interest in 500,004
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following the issue of 4 Ordinary Shares the Company will have 384,357,700
shares in issue.
