The Company is pleased to summarise the various bus and transport industry awards which Rotala Plc and its constituent operations have gained in the course of 2009:

Route One - Operator Excellence Awards 2009:

• Simon Dunn - Winner: Bus Manager of the Year

• Diamond Bus Company Limited - Finalist: Large Bus Operator of the Year

UK Bus Awards 2009:

• Wessex Connect - Finalist (and Highly Commended): Winning New Customers Award (an award supported by the Department of Transport)

Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport Awards 2009:

• Scott Dunn - Winner: Young Manager of the Year 

Passenger Transport Management Awards 2009:

• Scott Dunn - Winner: Young Passenger Transport Professional of the Year

• John Everill - Finalist: Marketing Award 

Simon Dunn is the Chief Executive Officer of Rotala Plc and his brother Scott is the Managing Director of the Diamond Bus Company Limited, which is a subsidiary company of Rotala Plc.

John Everill is the Head of Marketing & Communications at the Diamond Bus Company Limited. Wessex Connect is the division of the Company which operates in the region centred around Bath and Bristol.
