The 181 Fund Limited

Further to Note 32 in its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 November 2022 ("Accounts") , which were published on 9 May 2023, the Company has been notified that John Gunn, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, his wife, Renate Gunn, Wengen Limited and the Wengen Pension Plan (both entities which Rotala considers to be beneficial holdings of Mr Gunn's) have increased their beneficial shareholding in The 181 Fund Limited to 62.985% from 35.14% as set out in the Accounts. The 181 Fund Limited continues to hold 1,702,443 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company representing 5.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
