In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company
would like to notify the market of the following:



Rotala plc's capital consists of 20,295,779 ordinary shares of one penny each.
Rotala plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Rotala plc is 20,295,779.



The above figure (20,295,779) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Rotala plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
