Rotork, the specialist engineering company, is pleased to announce the
acquisition from Drallim Industries Limited of the Drallim SVM partial and full
stroke valve testing product for a total consideration of £630,000, payable in
cash.

Commenting on the acquisition, Peter France, Chief Operating Officer of Rotork
p.l.c. said:

'This complementary product provides patented technology, including electronic
diagnostics, in the area of actuator and valve testing.  It is used in safety
critical applications, which is an area of growth for Rotork.'
