Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility*. 

Exercise of sharesave options by Grant *Hunter Wood, Divisional Managing Director, to acquire ordinary shares in the Company and the immediate sale of those shares*.
