The Company announces that, on 4 October 2024, the Company granted options over a total of 592,147 ordinary 0.5p shares in the Company to participating employees under the rules of the all-employee Rotork Sharesave Scheme, an HMRC approved scheme to encourage wider employee ownership of the Company. Of these options, 12,394 were granted to the following PDMR.
The following disclosures are given in fulfilment of the Company's obligations under DTR 3.1 and the UK version of EU Market Abuse Regulation.
