DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Rotork p.l.c., the specialist engineering company, today announces that Peter
France (38), Managing Director of Rotork Fluid Power, will be appointed to the
Board of Rotork p.l.c. as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Peter
France joined Rotork in 1989 and has been a member of Rotork's Executive Board
since 2001. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Rotork Fluid Power,
Peter had roles as General Manager of Rotork's Singapore office and in
International Sales.
Commenting on the appointment of Peter France as a Director of Rotork p.l.c.,
Group Chief Executive Bill Whiteley said:
'I am pleased to welcome Peter France onto the Board of Rotork p.l.c. Since
assuming the role of Managing Director, Rotork Fluid Power, in 2001, Peter
France has led its significant year on year growth in sales both organically and
through acquisitions.'
With reference to Peter France's appointment to the Board there is no
