Preliminary Announcement of Final Year Results 2011 and First Interim Management Statement

Rotork p.l.c. will be making its preliminary announcement of the final results for the financial year ending 31^st December 2011 on 28^th February 2012. 

The first Interim Management Statement for 2012 will be announced on 20^th April 2012 being the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting.
