In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6, we wish to provide notification of the following as at 30 November 2017.

Rotork plc's capital consists of 870,184,060 ordinary shares with voting rights.  Rotork plc holds no treasury shares.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Rotork plc is 870,184,060.
