Electrocomponents plc announces that Louisa Burdett, Non-Executive Director, will join Meggitt PLC, a leading international company specialising in high performance components and sub-systems for the aerospace, defence and energy markets, as Chief Financial Officer-designate on 22 October 2018 and will join the Board as an Executive Director on 1 January 2019.
