The Company has been notified that Bertrand Bodson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company on 30 June 2015 in London.

The shares were acquired at a price of £2.1325. 

Bertrand Bodson now holds 10,000 shares in the Company, which represent less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Company was notified of this transaction in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
