NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS

The Company was informed today that CGNU plc's and Morley Fund Management's (a
subsidiary of CGNU plc) interest in the shares of the Company has fallen below
3.0% and that they therefore no longer hold a notifiable interest in the share
capital of the Company.
