We will make an Announcement, restating the financial information for the year
ended 31 March 2005 to International Financial Reporting Standards, at 9.00am on
Tuesday 12 July 2005.


Also, in line with our regular practice, we will be releasing a Trading Update
at the Annual General Meeting, at 2.00pm on Friday 15 July 2005.
