                               Additional Listing



Application has been made for 11,594 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted
to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares are
being issued following the exercise of share options by employees of the
Company.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and dealings are expected
to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 29 December 2006.
