                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted
to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares are
being issued following an exercise of share options by an employee of the 
Company.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and dealings
are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 13 January
2005.
