REAL TIME CONTROL PLC
23 July 1999
Real Time Control plc ('RTC')
AGM Statement
At the Annual General Meeting of RTC held today, Barney Carrell, Chairman,
said:
'Following the announcement of our preliminary results for the year ended 31
March 1999, I am pleased to report that RTC continues to enjoy strong interest
in its retail IT systems. We continue to see a high level of activity in our
market place, with new projects including the provision of software and
services to Carpetright and Mackays. The Board considers that the
opportunities available to RTC are considerable and will, in my judgement,
ensure the continued development of the business. In addition we continue to
explore opportunities to develop the Group through alliances with other
organisations in order to achieve our strategic development goals.'
