Clive Chapman
The board of ATA regrets to announce that on 25th January Clive Chapman, Chief
Executive died tragically whilst abroad.
Andrew Bailey, Group Commercial Director, will be assuming the role of acting
Group Managing Director on a temporary basis to ensure full continuity of
management at every level. For the time being, Bill Douie, Group Chairman, will
resume full executive status and will join with Andrew to cover the
responsibilities of the Chief Executive role.
The Group remains fully committed to ensuring that customers continue to receive
an excellent service through the operational senior management structure in its
subsidiary trading companies.
