Grant of share options

RTC announces the grant of share options over a total of 70,000 new ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("New Options") to a member of the Board.  The New Options were granted under the Company's EMI 2001 Share Option Scheme ("EMI Scheme") on 6 June as follows:

The exercise price of the New Options is 38 pence per share, which equates to the closing middle market price of an Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 5 June 2014.  The options can be exercised at any time from 6 June 2017 to 6 June 2024. 

There are now a total of 2,027,081 options over Ordinary Shares granted, representing approximately 15 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
