The Company was informed, on 1 October 2002 by a letter dated 26 September 2002,
West Midlands Metro Ethical no longer has a reportable interest in the Company
by virtue of selling 35,000 shares on 25 September 2002. After this sale West
Midlands Metro Ethical has a beneficial interest in 240,000 ordinary shares
which represents 2.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The holding is registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK)
Limited.
