                   AorTech International plc (the 'Company')

                               Directors' Dealing

Pursuant to a placing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the
'Placing') which was conditionally announced by the Company today, Dr Stuart
Rollason has conditionally subscribed for 8,825 Placing Shares, at a price of
510p each, representing 0.18 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company
following the Placing.

Dr Stuart Rollason is also a Partner of Bluehone Investors LLP, who immediately
prior to the Placing hold approximately 24.82 per cent. of the Company's current
issued share capital. As part of the Placing, Bluehone Investors LLP has agreed
to subscribe for 50,000 Placing Shares at a price of 510p each, representing
5.00 per cent. of the Placing Shares and as a result of the Placing will hold
approximately 20.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
