AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces it was notified yesterday
that PKF Trustees Limited T93004 of which Eddie McDaid, Chairman, is a
beneficiary, yesterday purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 281/2
p per share which increases his beneficial interest to 4,756,650 ordinary shares
representing 12.48% of the issued ordinary shares.
