Aortech International plc ('the Company') announces it has been notified today
that Bill Strachan, Chief Executive, yesterday purchased 41,000 ordinary shares
in the Company at 24p per share and that Melody Investments Limited of which
Eddie McDaid, Chairman, is a beneficiary, yesterday purchased 122,760 ordinary
shares in the Company at 24p per share.
