notification today that on 13 September 2002 PKF Trustees Limited T93004 of
which Eddie McDaid, Executive Chairman, is a beneficiary, bought 250,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at 14p per share which increases his beneficial
interest to 5,006,650 Ordinary Shares representing 13.14% of the issued Ordinary
Shares.
