AorTech (AIM: AOR) announces that it received notification from Forvaltnings AB
Bronsstadet, a company wholly owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, that it sold
30,500 ordinary shares on 31 August 2006. Following this transaction, Mr Peter
Gyllenhammar, through Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, now has a beneficial interest
in a total of 200,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.25% of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
