             AorTech International plc ('AorTech' or 'the Company')

                              Holdings in Company

AorTech (AIM: AOR) announces that it received notification on 21 June 2006 from
Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, a company wholly owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar,
that it sold 4,000 ordinary shares on 20 June 2006, and sold a further 1,000
ordinary shares on 21 June 2006. Following these transactions, Mr Peter
Gyllenhammar, through Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, is now interested in a total
of 380,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.97% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
