AorTech (AIM: AOR) announces that it received notification on 17 July 2006 from
Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, a company wholly owned by Mr Peter Gyllenhammar,
that it sold 7,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2006. Following this transaction,
Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, through Forvaltnings AB Bronsstadet, now has a beneficial
interest in a total of 342,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.98%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
