AorTech International plc
AorTech International plc ('the Company') announces that it received
notification today from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ('GS Inc') that GS Inc has
an interest, by attribution only, in 192,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, as
at close of business on 20 March 2006. This represents approximately 5.05% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This interest arose from a
beneficial interest held by Goldman Sachs International, a wholly-owned indirect
subsidiary of GS Inc. These shares are, or will be registered at CREST in
account CREPTEMP.
